Fraud company

I can only say this company as Fraud and not capable of resolving the issue


I paid them on time and waited for 6 months for their services to improve, But technician are saying your location is having  some noise  talk issue because of which speed is not coming, further daily calling to Customer care is hectic now . They are only there to make us fool


When I can call them,


1 First suggestion they will told you is to turn off your adapter and then switch it on .


2) Then they will put your call on hold for 10 Min


3) then they will again waste your time in asking more question and you ultimately you come  up with no solution


further they don’t have any Regional office. otherwise I could have ask them to took in to the matter


Everything in Mumbai driven,


They ask for money in advance but forget to give their service up-to the mark


Finally I disconnected their connection . and switch to MTNL


Since every ISP has Some flaw in it, But my personal experience with MTNL is superb


I know MTNL being a Govt. organisation take time to resolve a issue, but once it get resolved that problem never arises at-least for 4-5 months


Further CEO and Chairman of Tikona is idiotic ex-serviceman of Reliance [ Chor Company], Fraudisim  is there in his blood
