Your Internet Service is pathetic as hell. I have used Airtel, BSNL everything but trust me guys nobody is even near you people. Everytime when I call on your customer care they fool and consolate me but see the consistancy man not even bit of improvement in services.
let me tell you some feature guys
Frequent Network drop(within every 15 minute)
there are many periods during the whole day when you have no connectivity and you know what it’s regular!
Even at Peak speed period buffering on youtube that too at 360P(yes that’s true as hell)
Now I request you to either improve your services or kindly shut down the business as you are lagging behind a lot
You don’t have any twitter page but still you can check how dissatisfied people are with your pathetic service. just go and type’Tikona Broadband’ and see the magic!
