I am using Tikona Broadband service from May 2015 and trust me guys it was a worst experience.During the initial days the service was good, they gave good net speed but since December 2015 when I changed my plan from 650 to rs 500 they showed their real colours.
I was using their broadband through WiFi and There were times when a single WhatsApp text was not delivered due to the poor connectivity but still we use to manage somehow because mobile data packs was costing alot as we were 4 in our family.But now it is impossible for us to use it more, the speed is equivalent to a 2g service provider.
So, finally today we have cut our connection with Tikona after an hour of irritation.Guys it’s a request just don’t go for Tikona.Highly not recommended.
