Most of the people now-a-days have switched on to using wi-fi in their homes. After all, they want better internet connectivity in their home.
But when I installed the connection of Tikona in my home, from that day I started facing issues. It was the worst experience. Sometimes it gets disconnected automatically, slow connectivity, Slow download speeds.
When I contacted they always told me to restart the router, its their kick step . So that the network will be good after the restart, but that also didn’t work. And also adding that the technician also came to resolve the issue, but the issue remained same.
So I tried to refund my money but they didn’t refund my money too. So after one month, package was over and I switched on too different Internet operator which gives local internet connection in my area.
So Guys get the internet connection of the operator who are locally reputed. They offer better services than other high brand operators.
