I have taken Tikona broadband 1 year back and the broadband service was very poor. I have never got the speed that they guaranteed. I got fed up with this broadband service and disconnected the connection by paying a bill amount of 750 without using a single KB.
After 3 months a lawyer called me and told that Tikona has filed a case against me in Delhi court and she threatened me to pay 1 lakh rupees in court. She gave me an option to pay 2599 rupees to close this case.
I had no other choice and I paid 2599. I haven’t seen this kind of service in any provider. The worst service ever.
If anyone has any idea to take a Tikona connection, please drop that idea. There are lots n lots of good service providers in the market.
Tikona is a cheater.
