I’m currently using Tikona’s internet services. My User id is 1113397775 . I like the speed of the internet service but I’m not satisfied with the disconnection, especially at nights. I work from home at nights and the connection goes on and off after every 10 minutes.
I always have to call the customer care, to explain my problem, they transfer my call to the technical department and I still face the same problem almost everyday. Its been 3 months now. Next month I’m planning to change my service provider as I don’t think I can afford to pay Rs.1023 every month for this type of service. The ISP performance hasn’t been upto the mark and I won’t recommend this service to those who stay in the interiors of a specific area.
