Hello friends,
This TIKONA broad band is best I thought, in low price in banglore. But worst service ever.
I get connection with in 2 days for 6months plan.
Slow speed and frequently disconnection. I raise complaint but once a person came saw and gone. But I am not getting the speed and the frequently disconnecting issue.
During COVID 19, My 6 month period over, So I tried to call, But it was disabled and telling complaint through mobile Application.
I tried complaining in mobile app, but unable to do, Its showing complaint registered but in status no complaint available.
I tried mail to the customercare@tikona.in, In this also I get reply after 2 days with please complaint through Application. Which one is not working.
As I am getting daily calls from the people threatening that recover people will come after 1 month of expired and they will not talk with you friendly.
What is this behavior I did not under stand, You are service providers or goons,
