Paid Rs 2000 a month ago for a broadband connect. They took 2 days to initiate connection after several calls to sales guy. After start, speed was snail paced. When I called to complain, support is always busy. Spoke to billing and they said they cant help. This was always the case for three weeks.
Finally I pushed billing to schedule a call back. No result. Support claimed they called me in email when I lodged online complaint. All I had was missed calls from unknown numbers. Finally I decided to disconnect to avoid the mental and physical torture to get rid of tikona. Would urge members to avoid it completely.
