REALLY REALLY FRUSTRATING DON’T ADD MORE PROBLEM IN YOUR LIFE User id 1113446951


My net connection was taking too long to get connected and not work some time whole day from first day of my connection.I made multiple call, multiple mail but not  received proper response.After the struggle of 15 days I issue a closed request.


My connection is not closed yet it has been around 20 days .I put one mail every day and call Customer Support every day but not satisfactory answer.


Following issue:


1) You have to call every time no body will call and ask status


2) You will receive same answer every time "technician will come by tomorrow" but no body will come.


3) "You will receive no of technician by SMS " No SMS will come.


4) You will have to send SMS every day but no body will answer email once.


"Still Struggling to close my connection with no response. I will post here how much they will charge me for 15 days"
