I am the customer of tikona from last month and my subscriber ID is 1120987654 and in this period there are lot of problems associated with the connection.I am facing low signal strength and connectivity from the tikona server and so many times browser shows connection is failed .As the company offer me 10mbps speed but I truely says its wrong I get very low speed as compare to my plan.In whole day two or three times except few hours the server may down.When I go for login nothing is shown there is problem in login .i will have to go for disconnection
