Has anyone of you tried to bang his/her head against a wall... taking Tikona broadband connection is a similar experience.
Firstly they should stop calling themselves as broadband...Its worse than a dial-up. The modem build quality is pathetic. However there customer care takes the cake. I have never seen anything worse. I have been chasing them for a refund of my deposit for more than 2 months without any success. All I get are standard apology mails stating that they are looking into the matter.
Even the Nodal officer is same. I have complained to the Head office and even there the people are same. I threatened them with TRAI action and even then there is no change in the attitude.
However when selling the connection they are the best and will be at your house before the appointed time!!!
Any suggestions what should I do......
