I was using Tikona for 1 year before I switched to a better and more reliable internet service provider. I have some pretty bad experiences with Tikona. So the major issue was that I was getting a very slow speed internet with higher rates and worst service . I have to switch on and off my router again and again to get my Tikona internet working when ever there was some rain its servers will be down and the speed of internet will be comparable to 2G. More over when ever you have an issue and you will call to customer care they will have just one answer ready with them "Kindly restart the router" whatever the issue might be. Tikona persons will call you only when you will disconnect it that too for the bill that was generated after the disconnection of your connection.
There is no connection reliability even in the metro cities so it is better to avoid Tikona and get a better internet service provider to get a hassle free browsing and downloading experience. Just avoid Tikona, that is my advice coming from my experience.
