Not liking it. It needs improvement!

I am using Tikona since Feb 2016 kasarvadavali, Thane west location. Not sure whether it’s my location or all face the same. This service is worst and needs a lot of improvements. I have to use it because my building society secratery doesn’t allow other vendors as he gets free Internet from it.


I subscribed 4 mbps 30gb/month plan. At their site they show other plans too so I asked for 10 mbps but they said it is not available at my location so I had use 4 mbps.


Connectivity -


Connectivity is too poor. From 4 mbps connection I hardly get between 1 and 3 mbps. This week only I have raised two tickets for no connection. Earlier also I have raised tickets for low speed and no connectivity. Its too irritating when Internet is slow and disconnects anytime. Another irritating thing is DAILY connecting to Internet via logging in their portal. Sometimes it connects sometime not.


Customer service -


This is also not good. They have phone call computerized assistant. By pressing 1 it logs complaint about no connectivity and by pressing 2 it logs complaint about low speed. After the ticket is logged it takes several hours or day to get it resolved. That’s poor service.


Money value -


Its not worth of money. Monthly there is a charge of between 800 and 900 which seems too high after looking at its services. Other vendors provide better Internet in same or less cost.
