Tikona is Fraud Company - Don’t believe their words. I was using 4MBPS plan for 6months. Initially I got the speed as expected but some time later my internet was not crossing 100kbps for more than 2 months coninuously.
I had raised many calls and complaints to tikona but they are useless in service. Not even worth for single penny.
Then I requested for disconnection but they had NOT disconnected the service for 2months and asking to pay bills. when I refused to pay bill as I requested to close it, they sent me a DEMAND NOTICE to pay bill!
Dont get attracted by their street post advertisements! they are fake!
