I have recently got Tikona broadband, after 20 days of good connectivity, it suddenly went away. I called the customer care on hotline. They send the engineer next day and per him the issue resolved. Same day in night around 10.00 p.m. the same issue arose, no connectivity. I called the customer care, they reopened the same ticket and even after 7 days no one has attended that request. That ticket is still open.
I would have given atleast 15 -20 calls on hot line of customer care and also to the sales guy (7204132806) but of no use. They keep on telling me that they are sending the engineer ASAP. When I asked the Sales guy about this pathetic customer support, he says you were interested in Tikona, I did not asked you to get it installed. Till today (18.Jun.13) it is still not resolved and I am looking for another service provider in my area.
I think Tikona focus is only to get new sales and not to retain old customer.
If any body can help me in getting their senior management no. so that I can complain about their customer support.
