I’m not as surprised as a few of the others that have given tikona Broadband a good review, that their service is hated so much by reviewers. There are many options out there but I enjoy working with tikona. Tikona may not have the best infrastructure and customer service availability as time Warner but the cost is the real value at tikona and I appreciate having a local tikona broadband than other service provider that is expensive and if you are irritated by connectivity issue every day. I definitely would recommend you tikona wifi service plan.
I have chosen a basic unlimited plan with all the basic high speed (download up to 2mpbs and wifi modem). Previously was paying a double the amount which I’m paying now for my previous Isp. As for reliability, I haven’t had a problem with any outages since turning on service in the 6month. So if you’re tight on cash but not willing to give up ur current ISP to save some cash every month, tikona is a great choice.
