The most irritating part of Tikona is their customer service, I bet you rarely will have a luck to talk to them. They make you wait for more than 30 minutes and then the call disconnected. My id is 1118228720. You perhaps think that wow there might be one odd day that you don’t miss their customer care team. They are just fooling people on the tag of Internet service provider and luring with advertisement and cheap plans but they are the chip in sense of service. Fed up of them, don’t know how to pass 90 days for which I already have paid. I urge you strongly, never ever think about Tikona as isp.
