Pathetic service. Worst internet speed.

Worst internet service provider. I got new connection since last month and I have complained about 10 times since then, . They came twice to resolve the issue and kept telling me that your connection is under’Observation’. I have never get a promised speed for full day. In fact, I hardly get a speed for what I paid. Pathetic response of customer care executives and top management does not care about customer satisfaction. Never go for it.


Tikona is the worst internet service provider. I complained repeatedly for 1.5 months. The engineers visited at least 10 times but could not solve the problem. They give fake assurance, they have unqualified staff and pathetic customer care.


I have been wasting my time by talking to customer care representatives of Tikona and entertaining their engineers at my place for 2-4 hours.


Do not continue withier service, stop using it, record every call, take screenshots of connection or speed test(if you are lucky to get connected) and complain.
