Tikona is the worst ever internet service providers that I have come across. The internet doesnt work and they even do not provide support. You are left to fend things for yourself. CAUTION: PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS ELSE YOU WILL REPENT.
There were times when a guy came to rectify the connection but then he will ask you money to do so. There fore you pay more than any other internet service.. Over all, I have to finally withdraw from the internet, which took another month, coz when you officially mail them, they seem to not receive the mails and then their call center also doesnt work.
