Fraud people - unprofessional

I called up Tikona for an internet connection & with 10min the guy was at my home to collect money as if they were waiting outside my house, I was happy with this prompt response.


Guy filled up the form, took money immediately & said ma’am ur connection will be up & running in 2days. tomorrow u will get your login id & then a day later we will come & install. Its been more than 10days now & no body picks up the call. They have a desi call center wherien the kids talk in hindi that too unpolished & seems the call center has not more than couple of staff .. wait is so long & they themselves have poor internet connection ...which takes them ages to open up clients details & react. They have no information from the HO or say updates.


I would say PLEASE dont make the mistake I did, dont go for this un professional people company who is just intrested in ur money & zero efforts are taken in providing the service. When called up the agent who collected the money, says Ma’am " I cannot call you back as I have no money in my mobile". Imagine.
