Worst broadband connection ever

I have been using Tikona from last one year and its been like every week that I had to call the customer care for the connectivity problem.

The connection was always poor and speed was pathetic. And when I decided to remove it the tikona people said that they will send the engineer to remove the device but they never sent. This is the worst netprovider ever.
