Its my Second month of broadband usage and already face twice issue with speed . I took 4Mbps speed connection which worked good for first 18 days after that speed is not going above 1Mbps even my usage limite was not over .when I called the customer care, they kept saying to wait for 8 hours every time and it took 3 days to fix my issue.
Now its second time Im facing same problem, and its already 6 days that they are not able to resolve the problem. Their customers care is if no use - where fools are seating and their network team doesnt have skilled resources to fix the issue of users
Its an fake ISP and money theif who give good ads but doent know how to provide services for which they are paid for .
