Worst Service

I got the connection after the sales rep visited and convinced me that they have the option to collect the bill payments as well. Since am working outside, I preferred that option. Received the partial invoice and my wife called and paid the amount. The connection was disconnected and when enquired it was due to non payment. where as she had paid already and the next invoice also came but they didnt update their system. Also just for reconnection she had to call several times.


I just want to know is there any concerned department which will look into the case. I prefer not to recommend their service to any one.
