I have heard many complaints saying TIKONA service is bad but in my case it was good for the first 8 months and later the trouble started and finally after 2 months applied for disconnection and said will pay the final bill. They have confirmed me the disconnection is done. But I havent received the bill.
Finally after 2 months after the confirmation they have sent it to the Delhi court lawyer saying I havent paid the bill. This lawyer has made a call to me and threatened me saying if I dont pay the bill in an hour I need to run around the Delhi court. Still they havent turned up in collecting their device also.
I suggest never go for TIKONA as they appear very clear while giving the connection but at the time of disconnection they do all the nonsense to retain the customer or even threaten them for retaining the connection.
I thought this was only for me. When I was sharing with others, they too are saying the same. Taking is one part and the getting rid is again a big headache with these people.
