I subscribed Tikona 4-5 months back. After numerous calls and emails they finally setup the connection in 3 weeks time.
After the connection was setup, it would be down every alternate day. Customer service was so terrible that their support executive would disconnect my calls when I called for follow ups. I reported this to their so called "Appeliate authority - J Nair" but nothing happened.
I had also paid Rs 1500 for installation for wifi router which never came acorss even after 4-5 months of numerous calls and emails.
Finally, totally fedup and exhausted I decided to disconnect the connection. Even here Tikona displayed their exemplary pathetic service. They took 2 months to disconnect and added charges for this period to my bill and started sending me legal emails to pay not just this amount but also another Rs 1500 for wifi router which was never installed (even though I had paid them in advance).
Im now planning to take them to consumer court to get all the bills that I have paid them so far to be refunded (including installation charges) and compensation for mental agony they have caused.
