After sale service is worst

My name is Nihal Raikundlia. I am tikona broadband user. I would like to tell you that dont buy tikona service at all. The worst service provider and company is created for loot. I had done the recharge of rs. 599 for 3 months 8 gb.


After making the payment I was acknowledge that the payment is done. After 3 days my service was suspended when I called there executive he told me that after payment you have to call us that I renewed my service and I want this 3 months package otherwise they charge me 10p/kb. Such a big company doesn’t have a simple logic that if a person is paying 599 which is of same amount of 3 months package means he wants that package. Again I did a recharge of rs. 599. Immediately after the recharge I tried calling them but now the call is not getting transferred to billing department. Only machine tells you to press 2 for transfer and after you press 2. call gets disconnected. I also tried all there alternate numbers none is working. Either call gets disconnected or the no. is wrong means I cant contact them now and again I will loose my Rs.599.


I also tried to email them but there illiterate idiotic sales person have noted my registered email id wrong. Now if send them mail they say that sir please send the mail from registered email id.


For any technical issue no executive talks to you means you cant contact there technical person only a machine answers you that we have noted your complaint and gives you a reference no. and says that we will get back to you shortly.


So I request everyone if you are looking for a internet broadband DONt DONT DONT ever go for tikona. A WORST and most PATHETIC company. The co. is there just to irritate there customers no value for the customer at all.


I want to give minus rating. Mouth shut please provide an option for worst service rating. I want to give 5 rating to tikona for harassing.
