I have been using tikona for an year now. There were many time when I used face connectivity issue but yes every time my problem was solved by their customer care. Abhimanyu Sharma one of their technical representative had helped me to troubleshoot the connectivity issue. This issue was there in my PC for last few days. I couldn’t load the Tikona Login page in my PC to login.
Finally, my issue was resolved by this exec. I would appreciate his efforts. Recently, I have also seen they are very active on their official forum forum.tikona.in. I posted one query on this forum and the very next day my query was answered. Long way to go, Tikona .
