I completed this book in 2days, yeah it was so engrossing & I liked the big font of book which made reading feasible.
Now coming back to the storyline, " Till the last breath " revolves around two patients who meet in GKL hospital in room no.509. They share their rooms & so become roommates. Along with their diseases & completely opposite people, there were anger, fight, friendship, love which left them to remember the memories " till the last breath".
With their fighting ailments & different approach towards life, their treating doctors do everything possible even their medical ethics at risk to keep them breathing. The various dark shades of doctors past & how it still haunts them & the connection they share with their patients esp this two.
This book portrays beautifully the journey of all characters esp one of the two patients who teach us to love & spread happiness around till the last breath. And the last few lines of the book will make you feel sad & learn how to live life for others.
So will they conquer their diseases? will love empower the ailments? what will be their destiny? what about doctors?
A great novel to read by the author Durjoy Dutta. He made the characters so real that felt it alive.’
This book for all who love life, hate life or who’s near ones are suffering from diseases. This will certainly make you a strong & better person " Till the last breath "!
