No internet issue since day one

My name is Santoshanand Gupta and my Customer ID is 2045944. I placed an order with you for a new broadband internet connection on 7 October 2020 for work from home usage and promised by one of your Sales/ Technician Mr. Vinay; from Faridabad N.I.T. that the connection will be activate within 3-4 hours for sure as soon I’ll make the make the online payment worth Rs. 2427.00 for quarter months and I did as per his promise/instructions on call. But unfortunately the connection did not activated, although I received a text from you at 11:58 PM on that day that it’s been active but infact was not and I complained numerous times to your customer care team since day one that my internet isn’t working but no body entertained my query till now and I lost my 2 days of salary all because of your poor services and management.


Your technician installed an old, outdated and scratched Router and general Co-oxial cable for the internet connectivity at my home and didn’t even check that even I got the internet connection OR not and leave, whereas I paid for a complete new connection and product.


I experienced that I am scammed by your company and being charge without using services. I felt cheated and harrassed by your company a lot therefore on 9th October 2020 I requested for my internet deactivation and it’s not yet whereas yesterday I had a call from one of your rep. Mr. Rajesh in evening and promised by him that as I am facing no internet issue since day one, he’ll process my cancellation and will call me after 15 minutes to confirm but unfortunately I didn’t receive any call from non of you till now. I spoke to many of your executive till now for the resolution and everyone promised me to arrange a call back from their Technical/Network department but I didn’t till day.


I had heavy work from home work load from my organization but I couldn’t do that all because of your guy fault.


I agreed to take you connection only with your technician’s promise that I’ll have the best services and will get the connection activate today within 2-3 hours for sure but didn’t, and now he neither picked my call nor replied on text.


Will your company weaver back me for my lost?


I harrassed by your company and suffered a lot all because of Timbl.


Kindly do the needful ASAP and refund the amount I paid you.
