I bought 200mbps plan on 12.07.2025 and in last 34 days it hardly worked for 7-8 days only.No one bothers to resolve the issue. I tried to reach these people by customer care number or mails or complaint section’s senior personnel number but no one takes the pain to resolve the issue.
Miss Kavita will ask for good rating before resolving the issue and if you denies to do so before resolution, she will block you.
Very Pathetic.
Totally fraud.
