I filed a claim with Times Global(Ticket [#0014583646]). My daughter has an iPhone 6, and the Speakers weren’t working.
We needed an Apple repair, since the phone is out of warranty. Apple’s repair costs areridiculous - Rs.23400/- plus tax for a "flat rate replacement ." Luckily, we purchased a Times Global Insurance for the phone when we first got it, and so we needed to pay only a 2750/- service fee.
Times Global covered the rest. Times Global replied to my initial claim within hours, and they sent my my reimbursement(bank transfer through imps) very quickly after I submitted my receipts to them. This is actually my second claim with Times Global and their service was excellent both times. If you are buying an expensive mobile phone, then a Times Global Insurance is indispensable.
