Fake Company

My Case ID: 979118. My Order No: 3002506072. It has been more than 75 days since I raised my complaint. They’ve never taken care to resolve my concern.

Description:Hi, I have ordered for 5 Pieces of Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S 6802. But I’ve receive only 1 piece. Kindly Look into this issue. I am really worried, why have you shipped only 1 piece of this product while I’ve ordered 5 of them. Remark 1: The case is still pending. Why isn’t anyone replying to my issue. Whom should I complain now. Where is the new case manager who said he would drop me a test mail. I am unable to reach him. I haven’t even received his test mail. Please have some ethics and resolve my issue as early as possible. Remark 4: I’ll send a postal mail, with legal action that I am going to take against you for cheating me and doing a fraud with me for an amount of 25, 000. I’ve bought 5 Phones from your website with an Intention of giving them as gifts to my sisters on Rakhi.


I’ve been In and around sending you mails since 15th July and I’ve always get a template reply. I am sure you’re not serious about the mental tension that I am going through. I’ll make sure that I take a stern legal action against you a file a very serious legal action against the company and it’s customer service department for defaulting on giving a prompt reply, and handling the case with seriousness.


Why hasn’t the case reached any conclusion ever after 45 days of filing my complaint? Why aren’t you replying me back? Are you waiting for me to take a strong legal action against you. The more number of days I wait to get this case resolved, the more stronger my case will become. Why aren’t you actually even concerned about my complaint is what worries me. Are you a legal company who tries to provide a good customer satisfaction then please call me and talk to me about my case. Give me the name of my case manager and his contact number so that I can talk to him directly, he never calls me or replies to my issue in the case I’ve generated on your portal.

Remark 5: You haven’t got the graveness of this issue. Try to understand my situation, from my perspective. Why don’t I ever get a reply from your case manager. I want to talk to the case manager. Would like to know what is the status of the problem. Ask him to contact me or share his contact details with me.


Also, read your earlier replies to my mail, You’ve been giving me the same lame excuse time and again. How many days do u want me to communicate with you like this.


Please share the contact details of the case manager, or ask him to contact me by the end of day. If he doesn’t contact me by today and resolve my problem, I am going to file a case in consumer court by tomorrow. You better inform him about this.


My experience of shopping with you guys has been terrible. I’d never recommend any one to shop from you guys. If products worth 25k doesn’t have a reply even after payment, then why should any customer buy from your portals. Believe me, I will file a case tomorrow if your case manager doesn’t contact me by today and let me know the resolution.

Remark 7: Are you waiting till I raise a court case of cheating against the company. Why do you want me to fall in to a legal tussle. The products which you have to send, you should send right. This isn’t right on your part at all. I’ve been communication endless time and again. But why don’t I ever get a reply from you guys. This is a horrible experience believe me. How long do you expect me to wait. It has already been more than 20 days since I raised the complaint. But there’s no communication on how u plan to resolve my issue.
