I ordered 5 items on Dec23, 2011. They updated that all products were delivered on 31st Dec. But I received only 2 products on 31st, but that too in a worst condition. So I raised complaint to customer care on 31st. After a very long fight for 32 days, they accepted that those products were not delivered. And they committed that the amount will be refunded within 7 working days through GC and apart from this for a token of apology they will give 500rs GC also. But still (feb20th) I did not received both. If I contact customer care team, everybody says the same like tape recorder that within 24hours, they will refund..!!
So please don’t waste your time purchasing with Indiatimes..
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD IS INDIATIMES..!!!
