The News paper daily is becoming less efficient year by year. We are subscriber os Times of India since 6 Years. This years takes us to the peak of renewal. The representative visited after 7 days of expiration, as a standard procedure, there are 3 copies of the receipt, 1 for the customer, 1 for the company & 1 for the vendor. The representative gave the Vendor copy to us & took the rest 2 says that it is their new process.
I did not understand the logic behind. The most importantly he said that the renewal will become effective from March 2016, leaving us paperless for a month. The renewal process will take a month to complete as there are numerous subscriptions done daily said the representative. Dear team the world moves forward but the timelines for your renewal process takes it otherwise.
