I found many times that they are providing biased review. Content is quite unmeanigful sometimes, but I think they need to improve their working style.
User friendly:
Website is user friendly. Apart from content website is okay. But some improvements requires in appearance of site.
Time to load and website interface:
As far as performance of website is concern its good.
So, it is better than others but it can be best if they do some improvements.
