After such a great support from Times Packers & Movers I thought of writing this review, strange but very true “How many of us do take a pain to write a good experience? It’s just a human psychology I got what I paid for, so why bother to write a review.” I could see so much a negative review against Times Packers and being very honest if I had read these review before I would have never taken their service and may be that is one of the reason I am writing for them as they really gone out of their way to help us.
The deal was very simple I had to make a local shifting within Bangalore from R.T. Nagar to B.T.M Layout soeverything thing went the way we all accept like call few packers and take their quote and finally choose one who is economical then the day of packing they come and do a professional way of packing so no big deal I paid for that but in my case the terrifying story happened when we went to the other the new place in B.T.M. Layout that place was occupied by another family who were supposed to vacant the place by 5 PM but very unfortunate for them the packer they hired showed up at 4 PM so it was not possible for us to occupy the new until its fully vacant. Now that is where I got a real help from them as the scenario was clear we can only move in the next day so where do we keep the goods where do we stay? 1st they (Times Packersteam) started packing the other family goods so that the work gets over soon but even they couldn’t move as they were moving to L & T South City and the association mentioned no movement can happen after 6 P.M.
The team of Times Packers assured me about the safety of the goods and they would be there with the vehicle and they would sleep inside and asked me to manage for overnight somewhere as I had a 2 years baby my wife as we were totally exhausted. I went to my friends place next morning I came and we waited till 11 AM and then only we got possession to our new flat those guys did as neat job as they did the previous day.
Overall a big mishap was avoided by little bit of tension by the help of the entire team of Times Packers & Movers.
Now let me end where I begin from, I went to their office to personally thank to the management and I metMr. Chatterjee (a kind gentleman) and asked him why you have so many negativereview on net when your teams goes out of the way to help people, then Mr.Chatterjee said “How many of us do take a pain to write a good experience? It’sjust a human psychology I got what I paid for, so why bother to write a review.” & then he showed me the feedback they take from each and every client afterthe job is done. Trust me they had more than 15 arch files having probably 250sheets attached with all good experience of people moved in past few yearsthrough them.
