My experience with them was a horrible nightmare where their personnel stole my valuable items and replaced them with useless junk. I got my goods transferred from Bangalore to Gurgaon and choosing Times Packers and Movers was a horrible mistake. They deliberately manipulated the carton numbers and replaced one of my cartons (it had expensive computer speakers, brand new pair of exhaust fans, clothes, some books and other items that I can’t recall at this time) with a carton containing an age old water container and a wooden board both so filthy that you wouldn’t even want to touch.
After making repeated calls to them the items were never recovered and the response I got from them was the most irresponsible one...like they didn’t care and stealing items is their main motive behind getting any consignment. To me they are no better than a thief who steals other’s goods. I wish noone falls in their trap. They should all be imprisoned.
Horrible bunch of service provided by a bunch of monkeys. And if you are planning to go with them remember "You have been warned!!!"
