At the outset; please DO NOT deal with Times Packers and Movers. Do so at your own risk since one, their packing team is no better than roadside packing team, two, they do not keep their commitments at all.
We moved the household goods to our house we bought. Since the house was still under interior decoration phase we had to keep 17 Cartons with stuff with us. Times left the Cartons with us after taking a deposit of Rs 850(Rs 50 per carton). 2 months after rigorous followups and innumerable calls they are not picking up empty cartons and thus not returning our money.
There is no way that you can trace the owners or the senior management at Times Packers and Movers. The calls are attended by local transport and packing team who have no courtesy leave aside professionalism. We have been promised three times that their team will come and pick up the Cartons(deduct Rs 250 for that) and refund the balance deposit amount. We are yet to see anyone after waiting the whole day all three times. I am going to write to Consumer Grievance department as well since they are fleecing money from the Customers and are taking people for ride. They need to pay up for harassing customers and retaining their money.
