THEN I CLOSED THE BROWSER AND LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT. THE ORDER ID WAS GENERATED BUT WHEN I CLICK FOR THE PRINT VOUCHER ITS DISPLAYING ERROR. THE DEAL WAS ABOUT TO RUN OFF WITHIN 4 HRS AND IT WAS IN THE MIDNIGHT. SO I AGAIN PLACED AN ANOTHER ORDER AND MADE PAYMENT FROM DIFFERENT METHOD THIS TIME.THE ORDER ID AND COUPON WAS GENERATED. BUT THIS TIME THE CODE GIVEN IN THE COUPON IS NOT WORKING IN THE EDUKART SITE. AGAIN HEADACHE
SO NEXT DAY MORNING I MAILED THE CUSTOMER CARE TO REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE ORDER WHICH FAILED TO ISSUE COUPON AND ALSO TO GIVE A NEW CODE FOR THE SECOND ORDER WHICH WAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED.
THE EXECUTIVE RESPONDED VIA MAIL THAT ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO REFUND THE MONEY STATING THAT ORDER ONCE I PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED

Then the executive called me on phone for an amicable solution. They told they will refund the money. Next day again a call came that they have initiated the refund process and the amnt will be reflected back in 6-7 days. Also they asked me to cancel the mouthshut rating which pretty surprised me. I was wondering how they keep checking all these. They are so prompt so I assured that I will do the same.
