I had purchased a deal of https://timesdeal.com. In that they promised me a holiday choice from 25 cities but when I actually went to book it was less then 10 cities.
I complaint them but they are replying me vague things and not taking it seriously. I was promised a call back in 24 hrs 5 days ago but still no reply.
I had disputes with other deal sites earlier like snapdeal.com, rediff deal ho jaye mydala.com but they refunded me all money within my first email written to them.
These guys don’t trust their customer. Entire customer care system is fake. The culture to handle customers is very very poor in timesdeal.com. I am attaching all the proofs here.
