They have a service called Stepahead which I bought in 2014. I paid?3000 for Resume zapper and critique services. I was told that my resume will be sent to all consultancies across India for placement assistance within India and they were to give me the details of those consultancoes.
Later they said that they forwarded my resume to agencies for Saudi placement and sent a pdf with their names( no contact detail) .
Customer service didnot bother to look at matter but insisted in paying more for lucarative services. They said that I have agencies’ names and I should search those in google for contact details. My point is, why should I pay timesjobs if I had to do things over google then google is giving free access to me.
