I subscribed for Timesjobs StepAhead JobSeek service on 25th July 2012. This was a 1 month subscription at Rs2750. Before taking this service I got calls from one of the timesjobs sales executed who convinced me about using the service by providing all wrong information about it. I got to know about it when I got the call from the relationship manager assigned to me, named Ms Meenakshi Jha. She called me on the third day I subscribed for the service and told that she is the relationship manager assigned for me and she will manage this service for me for the next 1 month. She told me that during this period she would be providing me information about 10-15 opportunities matching my profile.
She also told me that I would have to apply for these openings on my own and if in case I get call from any of these openings they would provide me assistance for preparing in any 2-3 of them. When I was sold this service, the sales person who sold me this service told that I would be getting direct interview calls for 10-15 relative companies and they will manage it for me. When I told this to the relationship manager she just denied for this and told me to lodge a complain via mail about the wrong information provided to me, so I did as she said.
After that day she never called me or mailed me about any openings for about 1-2 weeks, neither I got any response against the complain. I wrote a mail again asking about the service, in response I got a mail from the manager on the next day with 1-2 job irrelevant openings nearby me. After that day till the end of my subscription period i.e 24th Aug 2012, I didn’t got a single mail from her. I tried contacting her by mailing several times to her as well as times jobs customer service, I never got a response back from them. I called them on the customer service number several time but they always had the same limited information to give and on asking several question’s to them they didn’t even uttered a word except - "We have forwarded your compliant to the concerned department and you will be getting a call from them very soon" and "Sorry".
I didn’t got any call from them yet and my subscription period has also ended.
