I ordered a GSM phone on Jan 18th 2012. After reading so many bad reviews here, I wanted to cancel my order. When I tried to reach their customer service number, I was shocked. Their number will be always busy from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm everyday. They keep the receiver down. I cancelled my order thru email and SMS but no use. Phone will work fine before 9:30 AM and after 6:30 pm but no one will be there to pick it up. Finally I was able to submit a complaint on Feb 1st and then I sent a notice through akosha.com on Feb 6.
Finally when I was about to file a case in consumer court, I got my phone after 1 month and 2 days of mental torture and agony.
They are very smart. Ask them to give all these offers in Cash On Delivery mode. They will not, because then the risk moves to their side.
