Timtara: The worst online retail website

I am totally Fed up with TIMTARA. This is because it’s around 90 days neither get my product nor get refund back my money.


Even 30 days happened yet to get my refund amount after cancellation. All the products cancelled, but website shows only 1 product.


Even you Customer Care executive are unable to process my request nor able to provide my refund of booked amount not able to give any valid reason.


My order Details ( All booked date 4th June 2012):

90 days happened no body even bothered to respond to my mail. Only got Auto-generated mail.


This a big Surprise/ Concern for customers like me -


> Customer Care Executives don’t have any idea regarding the product delivery


> Only they lodge complaints


> There is no other means to gets the status as CC executives only go through the status in the website and let us know


> No other means to connect Back-end team. One Mobile no that always switched off and SMS not delivered.


Doesn’t I conclude this organization is a FRAUD one only misleading customers? Please suggest me what should I do?


Sir I need appropriate action.

Note: Not selected the State & District as it’s a online transaction. Though booked from Gurgaon, delivery address is of Bangalore (have to gift my brother)


Now few days back they delivered supplementary product ( order 1 & 2 which was not at all important to me even after cancellation)
