Feeling cheated by a website for first time in 10 years of online life. Better they name it as’DimTara’. Placed an order on 24Jan12. No communication whatsoever from them. Repeated calls waste of money but no answer. Single line mailers Greeting for Timtara!. may be for getting cheated. Cancelled on 10 Feb 12. Still waiting for money:( All their responses are 7 to 10 working days and they keep on repeating the same period if you luckily get an answer from them.
Disputing with bank. But, is not it waste of time for every body. Please suggest if you have any details to lodge complaint about it to NASSCOM or any other body. This is pure cheating and misusing funds of customers.
Funny thing is they keep advertising the item with various offers which they were unable to ship.
