I am writing this to make sure all of you get cautious and don’t lose money like me in timtara. I bought 2 perfumes from them on 6th of Apr 2012, and till date I have not been shipped with the products, adding insult to injury whenever you talk to their customer care they never hinder giving you fake answers like it would take at least 3-4 days sir and all bla bla..
I am so frustrated I can not express in words, I lost all most around 6k.
They some time keep changing the status of the orders to "Payment refund pending" and sometimes "Shipped", when you check with the customer care saying if your status says shipped then why the ref number of courier service does not appear correct in courier company’s website, the customer care folks give bogus answer like you should check that with courier guys, we are not responsible and what not.
I have first time experienced such a worst online shopping site.
I am trying to bring this to media and in talks with some of my friends who are in media, so that others gets to know about timtara.com and stop using their website. Actually I also got to know that there are many like me who have similar issues.
Hence guys if you still do not believe me then take your own risk and then repent for months like I do now.
