I had recently ordered blackberry 8830 GSM & CDMA & after 10 to 15 days, I was facing technicality problem with the the handset and I registered the complaint directly with the vendor from where the parcel was delivered to me. Vendor did not reverted to any of my calls or mails.
Finally I got in touch with Timtara Customer service team & they asked me send back the product for replacement or refund.
I was happy to see the immediate revert from Timtara Team & they had instructed me to send back the product to there ware house for refund without any courier charges. I am grateful to Timtara team. End of the day, customer service after the sales is important & that keeps the reputation and name of the brand ticking in the market.
