I ordered vacuum cleaner 57 days ago, which was showing delivery time of 21 days. after 21 days I started calling customer care center for inquiry of my product delivery. Initially they told that due to heavy demand of the product I have order they could not able to ship it. Then I realized that they are just making me fool. after one week of my first call I called up again and till date I called up almost 6 times. each an delivery time they say that they will forward the complaint to their delivery department. I realized that there are so many customers like me who are suffering from same kind of issues with this website.
I think that the people handling this website are biggest cheater and non responsive person. even the call center executives are trained in a very bad manner who does not understand pain of the customer and bluntly says I will forward you complaint to delivery department.
even their website does not take complaint second time. Once the complaint has been raised you cannot re-raise the same in any condition. This is really stressful.
I have a worm of internet shopping inside me and every month I cannot resist my self to shop from internet. But this website has opened my eyes and my faith on internet shopping has been reduced a lot.
I sincerely request all internet buyers not to take risk to buy from this website, even if the cost is cheap compared to other website.
After 57 days of ordering my item I am still struggling to get my product or even to cancel my order. I dont know whether I will get my product or money back. But the mistrust developed for this website will remain in my mind forever.
AVOID TIMTARA..THE REAL CHEATERS...
