I am sharing my story with you and hope it would help you out as well. I file the dispute against this transaction with my Bank (ICICI) and I got my money refunded by my bank after 5 months.
I know I need to wait more however at last I got my amount back. I suggest you to file dispute of that transaction with your respective banks.
