I had ordered Apple iPhone 5 – 16GB(White) on 14 November 2012 at 2:34 pm from https://timtara.com online shopping portal. I have paid money through ICICI Bank Netbanking. Rs 41200 has been deducted from my account.

I have been told that I will receive product in 21 working days. I waited for more than 21 working days but I have not received delivery of my product.
After waiting for long time and not receiving any reply I have cancelled the order and asked to refund the whole amount Rs 41200(including shipment charges)
I have filed cancellation request on 8th December 2012. I have been told that your product will get cancelled in 48 hours. After 48 hours I have called customer care for cancellation confirmation. I have been told again for 48 hours more. I waited for 48 hours and again called customer care. I have not received any satisfactory reply.
I am consistently taking follow up with customer care. I have raised ticket multiple times to handle this complaint. I have written emails to respective person regarding my issue. But I never received any reply from timtara customer care executives I am going take legal action against timtara.com now. I will seek refund and compensation not only for me but also refund and compensation for all who are victim of their fraud. I will make sure that they will have to close their business if they dont stop this nonsense.
